Roles and Responsibilities :
- Middleware Technologies in JBOSS EAP, Tomcat, Apache Web, IBM WebSphere and MQ. Install, configure and administer JBoss EAP, WebSphere Application and MQ servers and perform applications deployments.
- Experience in Administering IBM WAS ND 8.5/9.0 on various Operating Systems like Linux and Windows, AIX servers.
- Installation, Configuration and administration of JBoss Application Server with domain clustering.
- Experience in installing, configuring and administering Web Servers including Apache 2.0, IBM HTTP Server 8.5
- Created and configured MQ Objects like Queue Managers, Remote Queues, Local Queues, Queue Aliases
Requirements :
- Experience in developing and maintaining custom web portals to automate administration tasks.
Experienced in Linux platform and shell scripting. - Should be able to troubleshoot and support middleware in Linux OS.
- Familiar with CI/CD toolsets like Bitbucket, Jenkins and release process
- Act as technical escalation point for Middleware support.
- Knowledge in DevOps and SRE concepts.
- Familiar with Incident and change management process. Participate in designing middleware interfacing of new development projects
