Roles and Responsibilities :

• Prepare plans for development and installation of data centre according to present and future requirements.
• Monitor all tolls , software and hardware products and ensure compliance to Data Centre standards and systems.
• Administer installation and maintenance of organization data centre.
• Monitor all activities related to analysis and implement all data centre plans.
• Supervise designing and evaluation of all server systems according to measurement of process.
• Perform troubleshoot on data centre, identify issues and assist in timely resolution of same.
• Manage and perform research to design new advanced data centre.
• Ensure adherence to all established guidelines and management practices for employees.
• Coordinate with various departments and perform integration of critical systems into infrastructure.
• Coordinate with IT, enhancement and business teams and develop strategies to ensure achievement of data center capacity.
• Maintain expert knowledge on all applications and its use on systems for various critical systems.
• Ensure client satisfaction and provide optimal level of customer services for various departments.
• Maintain effective professional relationships with IT relationship managers.
• Maintain expert knowledge on all business procedures associate with assets and capacity.
• Monitor all functional resources required for growth and ensure appropriate working.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to be on call for triage incidents.
• Responsible for tactical day to day management of hosted services delivery through a cross functional team.
• Engages in critical production incidents and triages to ensure adherence to incident and problem management processes up-through and including; outbound incident communications, restoration of services, RCAs, and Post incident Problem Management.
• Ensures delivery of daily operations reports and oversees daily production meetings across multiple hosted product lines.
• Ensures incident, problem and change management processes and procedures remain current and are followed.
• Develops policies and procedures for the Data Centre Operations.
• Plans and distributes work assignments; selects, trains and supervises staff; manages workload, conducts performance and salary reviews; coaches and motivates team members; monitors and evaluates staff performance and provides counselling and career mentoring; performs other human resource functions for the team; and develops and manages budgets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Understand and adhere to all corporate policies to include but not limited to the ACI Code of Business Conduct and Ethics
• Good knowledge on Server, Network ,Storage and tools stacks
